The Custom Fabricators 2000 Series Curtainwall System is an exterior glazed, thermally improved pressure wall system utilizing screw spline construction. This gasket glazed, weeped system will accept infill material up to one inch thick. A screw applied pressure plate secures the infill material. A snap on cover cap fits over the pressure plate to conceal the fasteners. The open back perimeter framing allows for easy installation.
The 2000 Series Curtainwall System is a pre-fabricated, pre-assembled system. This translates into greatly reduced on site labor, as well as a much quicker, more economical installation. The assembled frames are delivered to the jobsite ready for installation and glazing.
The 2000 Series features a 2" sight-line to allow for maximun daylight openings, and is available in overall frame depths of 4 1/4",
5 1/2", 6 3/4", qnd 8". It is recommended for use on low to medium rise structures.
